Getting Here

1. International Arrival: Fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City.

2. Domestic Transfer: Take a 30-minute domestic flight to Placencia Airport (PLJ) – our team can assist with booking. Prefer to stay on the ground? We also offer transfers via our 10- and 15-passenger air-conditioned vans (approximately 2.5 hours). Both options offer beautiful views of Belize!

3. Private Boat Ride to the Island: From Placencia, a 2-minute private boat transfer will bring you directly to the island. All boat transfers are included in your stay.

Travel tip: Aim to arrive in Belize City before 3:00 PM to catch the last domestic flight of the day.

Before You Arrive: Preferences & Planning

We’ll send you a pre-arrival form where you can let us know:

• Dietary restrictions & culinary preferences
• Any excursions or spa services you’d like to pre-book
• Special occasions, allergies, or health considerations
• Any special details for your stay

Our team will take care of the rest – so your only job is to relax.

Activity Options

Choose your pace. Your visit can be as adventurous or serene as you desire.

Included On-Island Activities: Paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, volleyball, beach lounging, yoga.

Off-Island Excursions (pre-arranged): Jungle hikes, ziplining, cave tubing, cultural tours, reef dives, wildlife sanctuaries, and more.

Payments & Gratuities

To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is required, with full payment due 30 days before arrival.

Your stay includes a 10% service charge, passed directly to our dedicated team in recognition of their service. Additional gratuities are entirely at your discretion — and always received with gratitude. If you’d like suggestions for customary amounts, your Guest Experience Designer will be happy to assist.
