Getting Here
1. International Arrival: Fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City.
2. Domestic Transfer: Take a 30-minute domestic flight to Placencia Airport (PLJ) – our team can assist with booking. Prefer to stay on the ground? We also offer transfers via our 10- and 15-passenger air-conditioned vans (approximately 2.5 hours). Both options offer beautiful views of Belize!
3. Private Boat Ride to the Island: From Placencia, a 2-minute private boat transfer will bring you directly to the island. All boat transfers are included in your stay.
Travel tip: Aim to arrive in Belize City before 3:00 PM to catch the last domestic flight of the day.

FAQs
- Is this a true private island? YES! Enclave is a guest-exclusive island.
- What group size works best? Enclave has seven bungalows, each with one bedroom and one bathroom. Two of the bungalows have two queen beds, the rest are king. That means we have 9 king or queen beds for your group. We recommend groups up to 18 adults.
- Is it safe? The Placencia Peninsula, and Belize as a whole, are considered safe areas. As with any destination, situational awareness and having a plan are the best defenses.
- What’s included in the open bar? We have a full bar of liquor, with both local and imported options. We also have five house wines, local beer (Landshark, Red Stripe, and Belikin), juices and sodas.
- Can you accommodate dietary needs? Absolutely. When working with your Guest Experience Designer prior to arrival, we’ll gather information about any special dietary needs, allergies, or preferences. Your island chef will customize any menus to meet your needs.
- Does the stay include concierge / butler service? The entire Enclave staff is on hand to ensure your stay is un-Belize-able. You will have an island concierge, bartender, chef, and support staff on the island with you. You’ll also have a personal Guest Experience Designer – a pre-stay concierge – to ensure your trip is planned to the last detail.
- What is the minimum stay? Enclave has a minimum 4-night stay policy for leisure travel. This package is designed with a 6-night stay in mind, but feel free to reach out if you have a different need.
- What is the cancellation policy? Our full cancellation policy is available here. Stays are payable in full and non-refundable at 30 days prior to arrival. We recommend travel protection for your stay.

Payments & Gratuities
To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is required, with full payment due 30 days before arrival.
Your stay includes a 10% service charge, passed directly to our dedicated team in recognition of their service. Additional gratuities are entirely at your discretion — and always received with gratitude. If you’d like suggestions for customary amounts, your Guest Experience Designer will be happy to assist.
