Can I dock my boat at The Enclave?

Yes all lots will have dockage running along the entire length of the lot. The canal/marina is plenty wide and deep to handle large yachts certainly up to the 60; class. The dockage area is all very protected with great deep water access to everything. As noted is photos the area in front of PC is used as a mooring site for large sail boats and I have personally seen yachts as big as 180; docked literally right off from our lots.
