This thoughtfully designed island features seven spacious bedroom suites, a private pool, media room, game room, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces. During your stay, only resort guests and the our on-site staff—who reside in separate, detached housing—will be on the island. Looking for a truly private experience? Rent the entire island for groups of 2 - 18 adults (plus up to 10 kids if you choose).

Once you arrive at Belize City International Airport, our reservations team will coordinate your short journey to Placencia, whether by domestic flight or private ground transfer. When you arrive in Placencia, our staff will greet you at the airstrip and escort you to our private shuttle boat—your final, scenic ride to the island.

“Where do I begin! My girlfriend and I first stepped onto this amazing property early evening and we were blown away! It was stunning and I had to pause to wrap my mind around it. We were then greeted with a tropical beverage and were shown to our rooms. The floor to ceiling windows gave way beautiful view of the ocean and the outdoor shower was a nice romantic touch. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and no request was refused. You can vacation in any tropical area, but it is the staff that makes it truly a memorable experience. Thank you for everyone that helped every step of the way! I highly recommend that anyone wanting a one of a kind vacation, get there ASAP!!”

“The family and friends get together was great and even made better by our islands private surroundings and the helpful staff. The staff prepared delicious meals which often included local lobsters, prepared cocktails from the bar and gave us informative tips for fishing off the docks. Weather which had been a concern, I found that it only rained briefly on the day I left. Night time I slept with the slider door open to listen to the sounds of the ocean waves and let the cool sea breeze and fresh ocean air in. (There is A/C . I found it not necessary)
The island has many amenities such as a game room, pool, dock fishing, outdoor kayaking, outdoor games etc but it is also just a hop skip and a jump to snorkeling, Mayan ruins, cave tubing, sea fishing, spice farms, the town of Palencia and scuba diving and other tours.

“A warm welcome and fresh cold towels awaited us as we arrived on the island. Beautiful, pristine landscape surrounding each villa. Was hard to choose which villa to stay in as they all offered top notch bedding, furniture, large showers, bathrooms, stunning views. I was so impressed with all there was to do Kayaks, pool, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, biking, swimming, lounging, ping pong! You didn’t have to leave! Chef prepared meals, cocktails, great music. Our own paradise! Great family vacation. I will be back to the Enclave, Placencia Caye.”
